Rory McEntee is a trusts and estates attorney who advises individuals, families, and businesses on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies, and counsels fiduciaries on estate and trust administration matters. Rory regularly appears before the Probate Courts throughout Rhode Island, representing executors, administrators, and guardians in a wide range of probate matters. He also has experience representing clients in trust matters before the Superior Courts. In addition, Rory assists clients with preparing and filing federal and state estate tax returns. His experience as a CPA enables him to advise fiduciaries on the tax aspects of estate and trust administration, helping clients navigate tax issues while minimizing potential tax liabilities.
