As a result of the Job Creation and Worker Assistance Act of 2002, the rate at which owners of business aircraft could claim depreciation benefits was significantly accelerated. The available depreciation benefits of business aircraft ownership have been accelerated once again, with the passage of the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003. (more)
