Hinckley Allen’s Managing Partner, Patrick A. Rogers, recently sat down with GoLocalProv to discuss the firm’s significant growth, its flexible and successful remote work policy, adaptation to the rise of AI, and its strong culture. Pat highlighted the firm’s expansion in 2024, opening two new offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and the St. Louis Metro area in Illinois. The firm saw a 10% increase in both its attorney headcount and revenue last year, bringing its total attorney count to 170.
With the rise of AI, Pat highlighted the firm’s AI task force, comprised of different generations and practice groups that meet weekly to ensure “…we’re keeping abreast of the most current legal developments.”
When discussing the firm’s remote work policy, Pat stated:
“We have had record years financially. 2024 was a record year for the firm, following a record year in 2023, following a record year in 2022. All of the while, while we have embraced remote work, so it’s been astonishing,” said Rogers.
