In addition to his business law practice, Rogers has deep government experience at the state, federal and municipal levels – most recently serving as Chief of Staff and Executive Counsel to the Governor of Rhode Island. Prior to his legal career, Rogers served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Republic of Gabon (Central Africa) where he and a team of local workers built an elementary school near the famed Dr. Albert Schweitzer Hospital. He later worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant to U.S. Senator John H. Chafee (RI).
