Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Charles Serino as an associate in the firm’s Construction & Public Contracts Group, based in the Albany, NY office. Charles brings experience supporting a wide range of construction professionals, including construction managers, subcontractors, and design professionals, across both litigation and transactional matters.
Charles graduated with a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University and earned his B.S. from the State University of New York, Brockport. While earning his undergraduate degree, Charles served as a legal intern in the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
