Kelley’s distinguished career in law spans three decades, and her commitment to her clients, community, fellow women attorneys, and family remains unmatched. Kelley has inspired many fellow women attorneys to navigate family and life commitments, as she was the first to pioneer a flexible work schedule in the firm’s history. Without hesitation, Kelley offers her insights and shares her experience with colleagues – an example of how she embodies the Hinckley Allen Cares culture of empowering our people and supporting one another. Outside the firm, she offers her legal expertise to the Massachusetts Bar Association, where she serves on its Complex Commercial Litigation Council. Kelley also serves her community as a volunteer, alongside her daughter, with the Blue Hill Chapter of the National Charity League (NCL) – a multigenerational philanthropic organization of mothers and daughters. Kelley sits on the local chapter’s Board in addition to serving as its Canton Veterans’ liaison, where she coordinates volunteer programming for a cause close to her heart.

As a commercial litigator, Kelley’s practice has included all facets of commercial litigation with a particular focus on real estate litigation, including complex lease disputes, eminent domain, title issues, and zoning and land use. Kelley has developed an esteemed reputation as a keen problem solver, skilled negotiator, and sophisticated litigator by leading real estate developers and owners, national retailers, construction companies, and individuals through complex matters.
