Kelley Jordan-Price is a commercial litigator with a particular focus on real estate litigation, including zoning and land use. Kelley’s clients include real estate developers and owners, national retailers, construction companies, and individuals. She also routinely advises commercial landlords and tenants in lease disputes. Kelley co-chairs the firm’s land use practice, leading the team in working collaboratively to serve client needs.
Kelley’s experience is deep. She resolves disputes related to land use, zoning, regulatory controls, permitting, development, environmental matters, eminent domain, title disputes, and commercial real estate leasing matters across New England and beyond. She routinely represents clients in the courts and also advocates on their behalf before local tribunals, such as zoning boards, historic preservation groups, conservation commissions, and planning boards. To get the job done according to her clients’ needs, Kelley employs creative problem-solving and often collaborates with teams of engineering and other professional advisors.
In addition to her successful real estate litigation practice, Kelley counsels clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. Her experience includes resolving disputes related to the False Claims Act, tax, fiduciary duties, commercial contracts, and corporate and partnership governance, among other areas.
Across the entirety of her practice, Kelley is known for her highly responsive style and the ability to align legal strategies with achieving the goals and expectations of each client. When approaching a problem, she keeps all client needs at the center of her considerations so that she may efficiently avoid unnecessary litigation while reaching a satisfactory resolution for her clients. Of course, should litigation be the best method for achieving her client’s goals, Kelley applies excellent writing skills and oral advocacy to deliver valuable and effective counsel.
