Kelley A. Jordan-Price, partner in the Litigation and Real Estate Groups, was recognized by the New England Real Estate Journal in its 2026 Women in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Spotlight. An open mind has helped Kelley shape the way she approaches her work and career–encouraging others that they might find their passion where they least expect it.

Kelley’s path into real estate litigation began unexpectedly. During the 1990s banking crisis, post-foreclosure eviction work opened the door to a practice that has since grown to include land use, zoning, title disputes, eminent domain, and commercial lease disputes. Her advice for others: keep an open mind, since your passion may be where you least expect it.
