Chad’s practice is focused on complex construction disputes and commercial/business litigation. He represents design-build contractors, construction managers, general contractors, public and private owners, developers and specialty subcontractors on a wide variety of matters. His extensive experience in federal and state court, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution extends to bidding disputes, payment issues, delay claims, design and engineering errors and omissions, construction defects, defaults, bond claims, mechanic’s liens and wrongful terminations, among other issues.
