Jorie’s practice is focused on all aspects of commercial real estate, including purchases and sales of real estate, representation of both landlords and tenants in office, commercial and industrial leases, and representation of lenders and borrowers in financings. Jorie’s practice has included acquisitions, sales and financings in the State of Connecticut and in numerous other states, leasing across the country and handling all real estate aspects of business purchases and sale. Her experience includes all market sectors, including retail, shopping center, office, industrial, apartment, health care and other real estate related business transactions.
