In addition, David DeBassio, Jason Cohen, Thomas Farrell, Herbert Isaacson, Dane Kostin, Marvin Lapuk, Jeffrey Mirman and Lisa Zaccardelli, along with several paralegals and staff will join Hinckley, Allen. These talented professionals will join the existing office of Hinckley Allen in downtown Hartford and will serve clients in Connecticut and throughout the northeast. “With the ever-growing need for sophisticated legal services across the region, our move to Hinckley Allen will afford us a larger platform from which to serve our clients,” said Kleinman, the former managing partner of Levy & Droney.

Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP entered the Connecticut market in 2008 with the addition of 25 lawyers from the former well-known firm of Tyler, Cooper & Alcorn. Continuing the growth trajectory, T im Corey, formerly managing partner of Pepe and Hazard, LLP, joined Hinckley Allen in 2009 to lead its Connecticut Construction practice.

As to the addition of the Levy & Droney attorneys, “Our firm is thrilled to add a team of talented and experienced lawyers, who share in our philosophy, our results-oriented, pragmatic approach to the practice of law and to the service we provide to our clients,” said Marc Crisafulli, Hinckley Allen’s Managing Partner. “Hinckley Allen will continue to be a full-service business law firm. These additions add depth and bench strength to our core business/finance and litigation practices as well as significantly expand our real estate and trusts and estates capabilities,” said Crisafulli.

“I look forward to being a part of the Hinckley Allen team and offering my clients the wide range of services the firm provides,” said Droney. Levy added, “We are particularly impressed by Hinckley Allen’s commitment to support a wide array of community charities, events and programs which are so critical to the areas we serve.”
