Kieran is an associate in the firm’s Litigation group. He has experience working in various areas, including antitrust class actions, complex commercial litigations, internal corporate investigations, and bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to joining Hinckley Allen, Kieran worked in the Litigation department of a large global law firm in New York City. He maintains an active pro bono practice, and is passionate about participating in the firm’s numerous diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Kieran graduated from Albany Law School, where he served as the Executive Director of the school’s Moot Court Program, an Editor of the Albany Law Review, and as President of the Class of 2020. In 2019, Kieran was a finalist in the New York State Bar Association and American Arbitration Association’s annual arbitration competition, where he was also the recipient of the Judith S. Kaye Advocate Award. Before law school, Kieran received a B.S. in Integrative Neuroscience and B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University.
