As a member of the Litigation group, Becca’s practice concentrates on complex business litigation including intellectual property disputes. She has prosecuted and defended matters involving commercial contracts across a variety of industries, as well as various intellectual property issues including patent, trade secret, unfair competition, copyright, and trademark and trade dress disputes. She has experience in all phases of litigation including initial investigation, motion practice, discovery, summary judgment, trial, and appeals. She practices in federal and state courts. In addition, her time working in-house at a large health care company provides Becca with unique insight into practical business concerns.
