Scott MacNeil is an Associate in Hinckley Allen’s Real Estate Group. Before joining Hinckley Allen, Scott was an in-house attorney at American Tower Corporation. In this role, Scott handled zoning matters for American Tower Corporation’s telecommunication sites throughout the United States. Prior to his time at American Tower Corporation, Scott was an Associate at the Law Offices of Peter A. Zahka II, P.C. where he represented developers before local zoning and planning boards in the Greater Boston Area.

Scott earned a B.A. from Saint Anselm College, and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
