Seta Accaoui

Seta Accaoui is a counsel in Hinckley Allen’s Litigation Group. Seta specializes in complex business and commercial litigation, handling a wide array of matters, including asbestos, talc and benzene litigation, toxic torts, product liability, and insurance defense. She is national coordinating counsel and regional trial counsel to an electrical and valve products manufacturer and serves as local counsel to cosmetic companies, equipment manufacturers, and premises owners. Seta also has experience litigating commercial landlord and tenant disputes, premises liability claims, fiduciary duty claims, real estate, and land use matters. She advises financial institutions on matters involving state and federal banking laws and assisted clients with protecting their assets through recent bank failures. She represents clients across a variety of industries, from small business owners to Fortune 100 companies, in both federal and state courts. She provides strategic advice and counsels clients in every stage of litigation, from pre-suit investigations to arguing dispositive motions, all the way through resolution.

Seta currently serves on the Board of the Armenian International Women’s Association New England Affiliate. She actively mentors law students and volunteers as a judge for moot court competitions. Seta previously served as the Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee at her prior firm and has been chosen to speak on the state of diversity in the legal profession at conferences.
