Seta Accaoui

Associate Providence

Seta Accaoui is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation group. Seta specializes in asbestos and talc litigation, toxic torts, products liability and insurance defense. Additionally, Seta has handled residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, zoning and development work. She has successfully represented clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including condominium disputes, landlord/tenant, complex title clearing matters, contract disputes and 93A claims in District, Superior and Land Court. Seta has also handled estate planning work, including preparing estate documents for her client’s needs and handling estate and trust administrations. She has advised clients on asset protection, taxation and handled entity formations and transfers of property.

Seta currently serves on the Board for the Armenian International Women’s Association New England Affiliate. She actively mentors law students and volunteers as a judge for moot court competitions. Seta previously served as the Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee at her prior firm, and has been chosen to speak on the state of diversity in the legal profession at conferences.
