Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Jack Steele as a Partner in the firm’s Corporate & Business Group. Jack is a corporate attorney who has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, venture capital financing, technology transactions, and capital markets. He joins the firm’s Boston office after most recently practicing at Pierce Atwood.

With more than three decades of experience, Jack has deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, venture capital, and private equity. He brings a broad range of experience to Hinckley Allen, including:
- Representing companies, investors, and entrepreneurs in venture capital investments and private equity buy-outs
- Assisting clients with the formation, acquisition, financing, and operation of companies in the technology, internet/media, e-sports, telecommunications, clean tech, manufacturing, life sciences, financial services, healthcare, real estate, and professional services industries
- Developing deep roots in Boston during previous roles at Pierce Atwood, Goodwin Proctor LLP, and McDermott, Will & Emery LLP, where he led the Boston office’s Corporate Department
- Negotiating the sale of Czech state-owned businesses to international buyers and providing counsel to officials while serving as a Foreign Legal Advisor for the Ministry of Privatization of the Czech Republic
