Jack is a seasoned corporate lawyer with more than three decades of experience. He is known for navigating clients through complex transactions, and is consistently recognized as a leader in the mergers and acquisitions field. In addition, Jack’s expertise covers the areas of venture capital financing, private equity, technology transactions, and capital markets. A significant portion of his recent experience is with companies offering business, IT and tech-enabled services and other consultancies.
Throughout his legal career, Jack has provided counsel on the formation, financing, acquisition, and operation of companies in the technology, internet/media, telecommunications, clean tech, manufacturing, life sciences, e-sports, sports & entertainment, financial services, healthcare, real estate and services industries.
Jack also works with clients in connection with a wide variety of corporate matters that include: SEC reporting and compliance; risk assessment and compliance programs; supply, distribution, license, service, and joint venture relationships; employment and compensation arrangements; shareholder challenges; internal investigations; and corporate governance matters.
