Hinckley Allen Advances Strategic Growth with Lateral Hires in Boston, Hartford, and Providence

Hinckley Allen is pleased to announce the addition of three new attorneys across its Boston, Hartford, and Providence offices, reflecting the firm’s ongoing expansion across a wide range of industries and practice areas.

In Hartford, the Real Estate & Development Practice welcomes Enrico “Rick” Costantini as counsel, and Isabella Colapietro Pagliarini as an associate in Providence. Julia G. Mitrano joins the firm’s Construction & Public Contracts Practice as an associate in Boston.

These appointments build on the arrival of two Boston partners this summer—Jack Anetakis in July and Bryan C. Natale in August—demonstrating Hinckley Allen’s ongoing investment in deepening capabilities and broadening geographic reach.

“We are delighted to welcome Rick, Isabella, and Julia to Hinckley Allen as we continue to strengthen our practices firmwide and uphold our core values of client service, collaboration, and community,” said Patrick A. Rogers, Managing Partner. “Focusing on client needs, attracting top talent, and making thoughtful, fiscally sound investments, we are growing with discipline and purpose.”

As a seasoned transactional attorney, Rick Costantini brings significant experience in real estate, land use, zoning, and corporate transactions. He has represented developers, landlords, tenants, lenders, hospitality groups, municipalities, and businesses on sophisticated acquisitions, financing, and development projects.

“I was drawn to Hinckley Allen for its collaborative culture, depth of resources, and strong reputation across the region, especially its real estate and land use practice,” said Rick. “It’s the ideal platform to continue growing my practice and working alongside talented colleagues.”

Isabella Paglarini, a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, recently served as a judicial law clerk for the Rhode Island Supreme Court Trial Court Law Clerk Department.

Julia Mitrano, a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, previously served as an SJC Certified Student Attorney in the school’s Innocence Clinic.

Together, these additions underscore Hinckley Allen’s commitment to thoughtful, strategic growth—adding top talent at every level to deliver exceptional service in real estate, litigation, construction, and beyond.
