Hinckley Allen Continues Strategic Expansion of Corporate Practice with Addition of Partner Bryan C. Natale

Second lateral corporate partner joins Boston office, strengthening the firm’s transactional depth and capabilities.

Hinckley Allen is pleased to announce that Bryan C. Natale has joined the firm as a Partner in its Corporate & Business Transactions practice group, based in the Boston office. Bryan brings more than a decade of experience advising private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, financial institutions, and privately held companies across a wide array of industries. His practice covers the full lifecycle of complex transactions, from early-stage venture capital and growth equity financings and mergers and acquisitions to distressed acquisitions and corporate governance strategy.

Bryan’s arrival follows the addition of Partner Jack Anetakis in July and signals the firm’s continued investment in top-tier transactional talent.

“Bryan is an experienced, pragmatic deal lawyer. A rising star. He knows what’s market, is practical, and understands business. Bryan’s arrival builds on the recent addition of finance partner Jack Anetakis. Together, they deepen our roster of talented transactional lawyers and reflect Hinckley Allen’s commitment to serving a growing client base in New England and nationwide,” said Patrick A. Rogers, Managing Partner at Hinckley Allen

Prior to joining Hinckley Allen, Bryan was a Partner at Dentons, where he represented institutional and emerging-growth clients in complex deals. He previously spent eight years as a Partner at Burns & Levinson, and earlier in his career practiced at Bartlett P.C. and Glovsky & Glovsky LLC.

“What drew me to Hinckley Allen was the momentum,” said Bryan. “This is a firm with the right mix of entrepreneurial energy, deep client relationships, and a clear vision for the future. I’m excited to contribute to that growth and collaborate with such an experienced and driven group of professionals.”

Bryan earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2011, where he also completed international studies in banking and intellectual property law through the Lund University Summer Law Program in Sweden. He holds a B.S. from Boston College, where he graduated in 2006. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

The addition of Bryan and Jack enhances Hinckley Allen’s already robust corporate bench and underscores its long-term strategy: investing in exceptional talent to deliver high-impact results for clients. The firm has expanded across all core practice areas, Corporate, Real Estate, Litigation, Construction, and Trusts & Estates and opened new offices in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and the St. Louis Metro region in recent years.
