Hinckley Allen Expands Boston Construction Practice with Prominent Construction Litigator Jeff D. Bernarducci

With over two decades of experience across diverse industry sectors, Jeff brings a wide range of experience with complex construction issues and disputes, and an extraordinary record of success in arbitration, litigation and out-of-court settlements. With his industry connections, well-earned reputation, and vast experience in the Boston market, Jeff’s arrival amplifies Hinckley Allen’s reputation and abilities as a legal powerhouse in the city’s construction industry.

Jeff’s experience includes decades of litigation and conflict resolution in high-stakes, highly complex construction matters. With his experience litigating over 75 cases with risk profiles between $750,000 and $50 million in dispute, Jeff’s aptitude for understanding and leveraging complex matters creates a significant advantage for his clients. These complex matters include disputes involving a variety of projects, including manufacturing facilities, mixed-use high rises, health care facilities, laboratory/biotech developments, and higher education institutions, among others. Jeff also has extensive experience handling sophisticated matters pertaining to energy production and transmission, spanning both traditional and renewable sectors.

Most recently, Jeff was a shareholder at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA where he provided strategic counseling, risk management, litigation, and transactional services to clients in the construction, energy, and real estate industries. Before joining Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA, Jeff was at Holland & Knight for 17 years.
