Hinckley Allen Leads the Way at 2025 Lawyers Have Heart 5K

Hinckley Allen proudly marked another milestone year at the Lawyers Have Heart 5K, raising over $23,000 for the American Heart Association and securing the Lawyers Cup as the top law firm team fundraiser out of more than 135 participating companies. Both attorneys and professional staff participated in the race, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to a strong culture of service and community engagement.

This year’s race was chaired by Hinckley Allen Litigation Partner Laura B. Angelini, who led by example, earning distinction as the top individual fundraiser for raising almost $12,000 out of over 1,500 participants. A dedicated advocate for the American Heart Association, Laura also serves on the Association’s Boston Board of Directors and the event’s Executive Leadership Committee.

“Crossing the finish line is just the beginning,” said Laura. “Every dollar we raised is a step closer to saving lives, supporting those impacted by heart disease and stroke. This is a cause I’ve long been committed to, and I’m inspired by our team’s energy, generosity, and shared sense of purpose. The support from my colleagues at Hinckley Allen was exceptional and appreciated.”

The 3.1-mile course guided runners and walkers through Boston’s vibrant Seaport District, with waterfront views providing a motivating backdrop for an evening devoted to heart health and community connection.

Now in its 14th year of participation, Hinckley Allen continues to be a dedicated sponsor of the Lawyers Have Heart 5K, reinforcing its long-standing support for heart health, community leadership, and philanthropy. The firm’s 2025 campaign builds on a legacy of leadership that includes Partner Alexandra Gordon Briggs’ service as Race Chair in 2023.
