Hinckley Allen Recognized by 2022/23 IP Stars for Firm and Attorney Excellence

Hinckley Allen is proud to announce that attorneys Christine K. Bush and Craig M. Scott have been recognized as “IP Stars” in Rhode Island and attorney Arnold Rosenblatt has received the same honor in New Hampshire by Managing Intellectual Property for 2022/23.

MIP has also recognized Hinckley Allen as a “highly recommended firm” for IP in Rhode Island. With experienced IP attorneys firm-wide, our trial lawyers have recently prevailed in two patent jury trials.

Hinckley Allen’s Intellectual Property group provides strategic counsel on how to obtain, protect, leverage, and enforce intellectual property rights and assets—from single entrepreneurial endeavors to complex portfolios of IP assets for large corporations. IP disputes are often settled by crafting resolutions that avoid litigation. There are times, however, when litigation is the right course-and that’s where Hinckley Allen’s IP Litigation practice truly excels. Our experienced team has tried patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright cases in courts throughout the United States.

Each year, MIP research analysts obtain information from thousands of firms, IP practitioners and their clients through interviews, email, and online surveys. Before compiling the rankings, they also conduct independent research, including an analysis of publicly available information (such as court or IP office data) and the existing data they hold on firms.
