Craig Scott is an accomplished intellectual property trial lawyer. He has over 30 years of experience trying patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, licensing, and other complex business disputes. He serves as lead trial counsel for clients in a range of industries and technologies in federal and state courts throughout the country and internationally. Clients increasingly seek Craig’s counsel on licensing, patent, trademark, copyright, and artificial intelligence matters affecting their businesses.

Craig is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Chair of the Intellectual Property and Co-Chair of the Artificial Intelligence multidisciplinary practice groups.
