The recognition follows another successful year for the firm’s Intellectual Property litigators, including a significant victory for its client, Lacerta Group, in a patent infringement action brought by Inline Plastics Corp. After a 13-day federal trial in the District of Massachusetts, the jury found that Lacerta did not infringe any of the asserted patents and invalidated all 28 asserted claims across five patents owned by Inline, securing a complete trial victory for the client.
