Financial Times: How Mike Lynch Walked Free After his Decade-Long US Legal Saga

Stephanie Siegmann, a Partner, Chair of the International Trade & National Security group, and Co-Chair of the Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection group, was recently featured in a Financial Times article about former Autonomy CEO Mike Lynch being found not guilty in a fraud trial brought by HP. As quoted in the Financial Times:

“It appears the government believed that because Mike Lynch was the CEO that he knew everything that was going on at the company. The evidence appears clearly not to have met the [evidentiary] burden.”
