Directions

From the North

Take I-87 South to Exit 7 toward Troy/Cohoes. Travel approximately 4 miles and take the Albany/Cohoes exit onto I-787 South. Continue for approximately 1 mile and take Exit 3B. Go straight through two lights. Immediately after the second light, bear right toward US-20 East (McDonald’s will be on your right). You are now on South Pearl Street. Continue through three lights, and take a right at the fourth light (a flashing yellow light) onto Beaver Street. Our building is on the left; on the corner of South Pearl Street and Beaver Street.

PARKING:

Once you’re on Beaver Street with our building on your left, take a right onto Green Street and an immediate right into the Hudson-Green Parking Garage (there is also metered parking on the street). Our office is located on the 9th floor of 30 South Pearl Street. Any employee, visitor, or client requiring parking validation should visit the Reception desk.

Please Note: Make sure your ticket has been validated, as you will not be able to get out of the garage without a validated ticket or cash to pay the fee.

From the South

Take the New York State Thruway to Exit 23 onto I-787 North towards Downtown Albany. Travel approximately 2 miles and take Exit 4. Stay in the left lane and continue for approximately ¼ mile until you come to a traffic light. Turn left at the traffic light onto Broadway. As you travel under the bridge on Broadway, go through the traffic light, bearing right to stay on Broadway. At the next light, take a left onto Hudson Avenue. At the end of Hudson Avenue, take a right onto South Pearl Street. Take a right at the flashing yellow light onto Beaver Street. Our building is on the left; on the corner of South Pearl Street and Beaver Street.
