This program will provide a basic overview of the Massachusetts Wage Act, M.G.L. c. 149, § 148, geared toward new attorneys practicing in labor and employment, those serving in-house counsel functions, or any attorneys who would like to learn more about this important area of the law.
Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how to ensure compliance with the Massachusetts Wage Act, equipping them to effectively navigate challenges related to wage payments and other requirements under this law.
