Firm Expands Litigation and Corporate Practices With New Associate Hires


Hinckley Allen recently welcomed two attorneys to the firm, growing its litigation and corporate practices in the Boston office. Latrell Williams joins Hinckley Allen as an associate in the Corporate Practice Group and John LeBlanc joins as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group, both in the Boston offices. The firm’s continued expansion and growth underscores its commitment to providing excellent client service throughout the Northeast.

Latrell Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from The University of Virginia School of Law. As a corporate associate, Latrell will work on mergers and acquisitions, early-stage financings for emerging growth companies, as well as formation and management of investment funds for technology companies.

John (Jay) LeBlanc earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Villanova University and J.D. from Boston College Law School. After law school, he clerked for Justice Scott L. Kafker of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Coming from Ropes and Gray, Jay is also a former Summer Associate and legal intern in Hinckley Allen’s Boston and New Hampshire offices. As a litigation associate, Jay will work on complex civil litigation and securities litigation, as well as government investigations and enforcement matters. He has experience working with a diverse array of clients, including healthcare companies, financial services firms, and publicly traded companies.
