Rob has over 25 years of experience in the crafting of sophisticated estate plans for individuals having substantial assets. With a deep understanding of the personal, legal and tax issues involved, he has guided many clients through the complex process to meet their individualized goals. Rob has also counseled numerous owners of family businesses with respect to issues from transitions of management to the efficient transfer of the business.
Rob has adopted a “holistic” approach to the planning process by looking at the big picture including issues such as dynamic family relationships, changing tax laws, and building flexibility into a plan so that it can be adjusted, as needed, over time.
In addition to planning work, he works extensively in the areas of trust/estate administration and tax related matters.
