Shasky practices in the areas of corporate and business law and commercial and public finance. Shasky represents clients in a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial and industrial loans and tax-exempt financings. Much of his public finance work focuses on structuring and facilitating debt issuances to support 501(c)(3) organizations, such as colleges and universities, secondary schools, hospitals, and health care systems.
