The Hoffman Group of auto dealerships is one of the oldest and largest in the state and has been involved in frequent modernization and growth of its business over the years. The East Hartford, CT dealership, located on almost ten (10) acres, is home to five (5) separate automobile brands.

The firm established to the Town’s satisfaction that the property qualified as a Mall as defined in the Zoning Regulations. That designation permitted the client to install additional signage at the site to identify brands, service areas and safe and convenient access to the site. The firm also drafted a new zoning regulation to permit electronic message centers (digital signs).
