Hinckley Allen represented a hospital with room on their campus for a significant development. Our attorneys negotiated a long term ground lease for a Congregate Care, Assisted living and nursing facility with detailed requirements to ensure that the new buildings would fit in seamlessly with the 100 year old buildings on the campus and that the operations by the ground tenant would at all times comply with very high standards of operation. We negotiated provisions to allow its tenant to finish the development and construction of the project but always protecting (and never subordinating), our clients rights in the underlying land.
