Christina Lewis spoke at Hinckley Allen’s annual labor and employment seminar, which took place on November 1, 2011 in Warwick, Rhode Island. The presentation also included information regarding the white collar exemptions, the salary basis test, a list of permissible deductions, a description of the penalties for taking improper deductions, and practical pointers for minimizing risk.
