Hinckley Allen Seeks Mansfield Rule Certification

Hinckley Allen is pleased to announce that it will be participating in the Mansfield Rule for Midsize Firms, which is a national initiative designed to increase representation of historically underrepresented lawyers in law firm leadership. This is part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

The Mansfield Rule, which is administered by the Diversity Lab, has become the standard by which law firms track and measure whether they have affirmatively considered at least 30% women, attorneys of color, LGBTQ+ attorneys, and attorneys with disabilities for recruitment, governance roles, equity partner promotions, and inclusion in formal pitches to clients.

“Hinckley Allen’s leadership is committed to advancing many diversity, equity and inclusion efforts which are critical to bolstering our competitive advantage in the marketplace. Our partnership with Diversity Lab takes that commitment to the next level, and it ensures that we have the processes, systems and resources to continue to develop a diverse and talented team to best serve our clients,” shared David J. Rubin, Managing Partner.
