Tara will serve as Co-Chair of the Business & Commercial Litigation Section, providing a forum for litigators to share strategies, stay current on developments in commercial law, and exchange best practices for representing clients in business disputes.

He has a robust practice in Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition, guiding search funds, self-funded searchers, and independent sponsors through acquisitions and sales nationwide.
