Collin concentrates his practice in estate planning while also practicing in the special needs and Medicaid areas. He has advised clients on how to most effectively reduce any potential Massachusetts or Rhode Island estate tax liability. In addition, Collin has assisted both families with disabled children and disabled adults individually in ensuring the disabled individual’s continued eligibility for essential benefits and services while also addressing any other estate planning goals.
Additionally, Collin’s practice includes both administering trusts and estates and advising fiduciaries with respect to such fiduciary’s duties and obligations. As part and parcel of that practice, Collin assists clients in the preparation and filing of estate and gift tax returns. Collin also practices before all probate courts located within Massachusetts and Rhode Island which practice includes matters in which a guardianship or conservatorship may be necessary.
