Hinckley Allen is pleased to announce that Corporate & Business Transactions Partner Kevin Jerome Madden has joined the Board of Directors of the Business & Industry Association of New Hampshire (BIA), the state’s leading business advocacy organization and statewide chamber of commerce.
The BIA serves as the unifying voice of New Hampshire’s business community, championing a competitive business climate and a prosperous economic future for the state. Founded in 1913, the organization advocates for policies that support economic growth, job creation, and business success across New Hampshire.
Kevin advises private equity sponsors, investors, and public and private companies on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, growth investments, and strategic business transactions. A particular focus of his practice is Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA), where he counsels traditional search funds, self-funded searchers, and independent sponsors across various industries and stages of the acquisition lifecycle. He is known for partnering closely with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver practical, results-oriented counsel.
As a member of the BIA Board of Directors, Kevin will help guide the organization’s efforts to advance policies and initiatives that foster a strong and vibrant business environment throughout the Granite State.
