Robert is responsible for overseeing talent management, legal recruiting, professional development & training, and practice management functions for the Firm’s five Practice Groups. He works closely with the Managing Partner, Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer and the Practice Group Leaders to ensure that attorney recruiting and retention policies are aligned and integrated to support the Firm’s strategic plan. Robert also acts as a liaison between the Practice Groups and administrative departments in the firm to coordinate practice support across all service areas, including finance, marketing, business development and information technology.
