Robert is responsible for managing the administrative and operational functions of the Practice Groups, including talent management, professional development and training, staffing, knowledge management and legal project management. He works closely with the Managing Partner, Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer and the Practice Group Leaders to help execute strategic decisions. Robert also acts as a liaison between the Practice Groups and administrative departments in the firm to coordinate support across all service areas, including finance, marketing, business development, professional development, legal recruiting, library services, and information technology.
