Hinckley Allen is pleased to announce that Laurel M. Gilbert has been selected to receive the Excellence in Law Award in the “Up & Coming Lawyers” category. Presented by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, the Excellence in the Law Awards honors the very best professionals in the Massachusetts legal community. Laurel will receive the award at ceremony taking place on May 13.

As an Associate in Hinckley Allen’s litigation group, Laurel represents clients in disputes involving trademarks, copyright, patents, trade secrets, and unfair competition and she is experienced in all phases of litigation including trial.

Laurel’s recognition in the “Up & Coming Lawyers” category ranks her among a select group of rising stars of the Massachusetts Bar who have been practicing and admitted for 10 years or less, yet have distinguished themselves in the practice of law. Each honoree was nominated by a peer in the legal community and winners were selected by an outside panel.
