
As a member of our Litigation department, Laurel’s practice includes litigation with administrative agencies and in state and federal courts. She practices in the area of general commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. Laurel’s experience includes representing clients in disputes involving trademarks, copyright, patents, trade secrets, and unfair competition and she is experienced in all phases of litigation including trial. Before joining Hinckley Allen, Laurel worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Mae A. D’Agostino, U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York in Albany. Laurel was an attorney at O’Neill & Neylon prior to working as a Law Clerk. She received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and her B.S. in Marketing and B.A. in Communication from the University of Maryland.
