C. Robert Zelinger, a Partner at Hinckley Allen was recently elected to the board of directors of the Hartford Stage.  

Bob’s practice is focused on corporate and business matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, and contracts. He serves as General Counsel to mid-market companies in a variety of industries.

His current and past volunteer activities include the United Way; the Child Guidance Center; Entrepreneurs Organization; the Jewish National Fund; the Executive Committee of St. Mary’s Health System; and Chairman of the Waterbury Regional Chamber.

Bob received his law degree from University of Connecticut School of Law.
