B. Stephanie Siegmann, Litigation & Investigations Partner, Chair of the International Trade & National Security group, and Co-Chair of the Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection group will join an esteemed panel during a session entitled “Reactive: Strategies to Detect, Contain, and Resolve Risk”.  The panel will discuss post-breach strategies to identify, extinguish, and prevent further risk. They will also explain how risk issues manifest themselves, how organizations and companies engage stakeholders in addressing manifested issues, and how to best engage with the Government once an issue is identified. The panel will engage participants regarding:

• Detecting, containing, and resolving risk
• Understanding the evolution and spread of risk issues
• Determining and addressing root causes across the enterprise
• Engaging stakeholders to collectively address risk
• Engaging with the Government regarding identified issues
