In this four-part webinar series, construction experts from around the world will discuss the core concepts young arbitration practitioners should understand when tasked with overseeing complex construction disputes. This webinar series is a must for any young arbitration practitioners seeking to understand the ins and outs of construction disputes.

Webinar 1: Front-End Project Delivery Issues – In the first webinar of the series, panelists Aisha Nadar, Wendy Venoit, Richard Wong, and Nicholas Gould will discuss key “front-end” construction issues that practitioners regularly confront during the contracting phase of a project and how those issues arise in connection with future disputes. This webinar will introduce concepts such as project delivery methods, risk allocation, contract pricing, form contracts (including FIDIC) and dispute resolution clauses.
