With over two decades of experience in estate and tax roles in New England and Georgia, Ed employs sophisticated estate planning instruments including holding company structures, domestic asset protection trusts, and licensing agreements to safeguard his clients’ interests.
Ed received his LL.M., Taxation, from Boston University School of Law, his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut, Georgia, New Hampshire and Rhode Island State Bars.
