Sometimes, new regulations can be found in the most unlikely places.  On July 31, 2015, President Barack Obama signed a highway funding bill known as the Surface Transportation and Veterans Health Care Choice Improvement Act of 2015 (HR3236), which allows the Senate to keep the Highway Trust running for another three months.(more)
