Alex W. Dockery

Associate

Alex’s practice focuses on the litigation and arbitration of construction and commercial disputes. Alex has represented owners, EPC contractors and general contractors as well as architects and designers. She handles matters in state and federal forums as well as mediation and arbitration before AAA, ICC and ICDR. Alex also handles complex tort litigation, seeing cases through all phases of discovery, dispositive motions, settlement and trial. During law school, Alex was a member of the nationally ranked UC Hastings Moot Court Competition team. She was also honored with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in two classes, including taking top honors in Trial Advocacy.

Alex’s additional specialties include: International Arbitration, Complex Commercial Disputes, Mediation, Delay Claims, Construction Defect Litigation, Travel Litigation, Toxic Torts, Civil Rights Investigation, ADA Compliance in New Construction, Civil litigation, Appellate Advocacy.
