Anne M. Murphy


With three decades of experience, Anne’s health law practice focuses on the representation of health care systems, academic medical centers, and other healthcare provider organizations. Drawing upon her diverse leadership experience in law firm, healthcare organization and government sectors, she actively manages transactional, regulatory, litigation, risk, compliance, and accreditation issues. She acts as a trusted advisor for mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and significant construction projects. Additionally, Anne counsels clients on Enterprise Risk Management, joint ventures, intellectual property, clinical and bench research, technology transfer and development, insurance coverages, health information and technology, telemedicine, cyberliability and cybersecurity.

Anne is an active member in the healthcare industry, contributing on the board of several organizations, including the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates, as well as speaking and writing about relevant and timely health law topics.
