Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer Retired

Charles Reppucci formally served as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at the law firm, Hinckley Allen. Working closely with the Managing Partner and Executive Committee, he coordinated the Firm’s strategic plan with business operations and practice development.  Reppucci provided leadership and direction to ensure successful growth and profitability for the Firm including business expansion.  He was responsible for oversight of the executive management team functions related to Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Technology, Human Resources, Recruiting, Professional Development and Administrative Services

During his tenure, Reppucci served the Firm, making significant contributions to Hinckley Allen’s recognition as one of the nation’s 200 most successful law firms.  His commitment to creating a positive work environment was showcased by Hinckley Allen being recognized in several firm offices as a top mid-sized company and “Best Places to Work”, annually by organizations for over 10 years.

Reppucci will continue in his current role as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Care New England Health System, where he plays a critical role in the proposed merger with Partners HealthCare, which would create a national model for health care coordination. Reppucci will also remain a Director of the Board of the New York Blood Center.
