Dan is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation group, where he focuses his practice primarily on commercial disputes.  Dan’s experience includes representing clients in complex business matters involving breaches of contract, unfair business practices, breaches of fiduciary duties, fraud, and tortious interference with contract.

During law school, his team won the Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition.  Dan also interned for the Honorable O. Rogeriee Thompson of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
