Emily M. Covey

Emily Covey is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate & Business group and focuses on all aspects of general corporate and transactional work. She advises clients on a wide variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and corporate and regulatory compliance issues. A graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, Emily also earned a B.A. in Research Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Emily was a Summer Associate with Hinckley Allen in 2019 and 2020. She most recently served as a fellow at the Kalon Law Firm. Emily has interned with the Center for Children’s Advocacy, as well as the Connecticut Urban Legal Initiative, where she won the CALI Excellence for the Future award.
